Goodnight iPad… The Mom & Dad Version of Goodnight Moon :D

I first saw this book at the public library, while I was looking for some children’s books. ‘Goodnight Moon’ by Margaret Wise Brown, is a classic children’s book that I used to read to my son, so I’m very familiar with the distinctive colors & layout.

‘Goodnight iPad’ by Ann Droyd, caught my eye. It expresses exactly how I feel some times. I laughed so hard when I read it. If you have a wired family then you must check this one out. I even found a YouTube reading you can get a look at.

Really Cool Pirate Ship Playhouse :D

I think most kids would fall in love when they saw this awesome Pirate Ship Playhouse. My kid did. 🙂

This 23′ tall Pirate Ship Playhouse is sitting on a real hollowed-out tree trunk.
To get inside, there is a ladder inside the trunk leading to a trap door, a the net on one side and a staircase on the other. This 12,000 lb Playhouse is 26′ in length. Continue reading

Free LEGO Mini Model for the Month of June 2012

LEGO® Stores are hosting a free event for kids ages 6 through 14 this tuesday june 5th. Children will learn how to build a cool LEGO mini model, then they can take it home; and it’s free.
