The next Home Depot’s Kids Workshop will be this Saturday, June 2nd, 2012. It starts at 9 am and lasts until 12 pm, or until they’re out of free project kits.
These workshops are meant to teach tool safety while the kids have fun and make friends. It helps them gain a sense of achievement with each project they complete.
The Home Depot free kids workshop is designed for children 5 to 12 years old. To participate in this free kids workshop, you don’t have to register in advance, just show up as early as possible to claim your free kit. Stickers paint & brushes are usually provided along with an orange apron and an achievement pin to collect.
For this upcoming Home Depot free kids workshop, the kids will be building an organizer to store toys or trinkets. Maybe it could even be a gift for Fathers Day. 😉
